Typhoon Basyang, Aid for the Philippines

Earlier this year in February Typhoon Basyang struck the Philippines causing severe damage to homes and businesses, and displacing thousands of people from their homes. The UAVF has provided aid and assistance to the Philppines for over a decade, and in the first half of this year continued that assistance with financial support and clothing packages to those in need. Our volunteers in Philippines worked tirelessly to pack and distribute rice, canned goods and clothing throughout numerous communities affected by the typhoon. We sincerely thank them for their effort and offer our thanks to all those who contributed and donated in any way.
