Children in India, education assistance

There are many children in India that cannot attend school and receive an education due to financial hardship. One of the ways in which we can help is to provide grants for textbooks, and a school bag to carry their textbooks in. Earlier this year the UAVF raised funds to assist 123 needy school children from junior school and high school with grants to provide for their educational needs for another year. Dozens of backpacks were distributed and were gratefully received. We hope to be able to assist further next year, with the assistance of your kind donations.
